Are you ready? The moment you’ve been waiting for is here! The cover reveal of My Latest Mistake!
Complete strangers now set on a path to parenthood,
they have to figure out if everything happens for a reason,
or if this is just their latest mistake.
Many hours went into the creation of this cover. We plan to write a Heart’s Peak trilogy, so we wanted the cover to match Redemption. We kept the same background image, but because this book is set in the summer, we tweaked the foliage to be greener and more vibrant. Our Luka’s hair is maybe a bit more wild and untamed than the male model, but otherwise, the two models suit our characters perfectly. We were happy when we stumbled upon them.
If you thought Redemption was a little short, you’ll be happy to know that My Latest Mistake is much longer. When a fling results in an unplanned pregnancy, Aria comes back to Heart’s Peak to get to know the man she’s going to be having a baby with. The trouble is, she and Luka couldn’t be more opposites. From getting soaked on an ATV, to wrecking a car, there are a lot of ups and downs for the two leads. Can they overcome them? Well that’s what you’ll have to find out!
If all of this makes you excited for the new book, well you’re in luck! My Latest Mistake is now available for pre-order! The official release date is October 14, but you’re more than welcome to order your copy now and have it instantly delivered to your device the day of the release.
We’re also looking for ARC readers. If you’d like to receive a free copy of our book in exchange for an honest review, you can get in touch with us through our contact page or through our social media pages. Reviews are extremely important for indie authors such as ourselves. You’d be doing us a big favor if you become an ARC reader.
It’s always exciting releasing a new book. My Latest Mistake will be our third published book, and we hope to write plenty more. Stay tuned for a blog post about our upcoming project. We’re trying something different this time, and we’re eager to share it with all of you.

noun
An error in judgment caused by poor reasoning.A mistake can change your life, but sometimes… it can also be a blessing is disguise.
From the day she was born, Aria Vargas had everything handed to her on a silver platter. A prim and proper city girl, she never has a hair out of place and her clothes are always of the best fashion. When she goes to Heart’s Peak, Colorado for her best friend’s wedding, she dreams of finding a love of her own. Instead, she gets a dirty fling with rough and tumble country boy, Luka. A mistake that will change her life forever. Now she’s pregnant, and she doesn’t even know Luka’s last name.
Man slut. Another name for Luka Ubersechs. Lust and sex come hand in hand, but love? Love is never in the equation. With messy hair, holes in his jeans, and a love for the demolition derby, Luka is the complete opposite of Aria. That didn’t stop them from hooking up before the wedding. A steamy and spontaneous public hook up that left him craving more. When she goes back home, she makes it clear she wants nothing more to do with him, but mistakes have a way of coming back to you.

Born in Kentucky, Danielle currently resides in central Florida. She enjoys bringing to life a variety of different characters. One could be a lovable goof who never fails to make you laugh, and another might be a bitter, angry person, who hates the world and everything in it. Humor and anger come hand in hand. Happy and sappy? Not her cup of tea. She prefers the broken and the flawed, because as we all know, no one is perfect.
When not writing romance, you’ll find her laughing at her two dogs as they partake in a constant battle with the squirrels in the backyard. Much to the disappointment of the dogs, the squirrels always come out the victor. Danielle also enjoys coming up with way too many story ideas in the shower, rocking out to the 80s, playing video games, and watching horror movies all year long.
